WHAT WE DO
Black Dog Enterprises (BDE) has a small fleet of high-quality, well-maintained modern equipment capable of handling almost any type of fire fuel treatment. BDE is well-versed in all phases of proper forest practices, including, but not limited to, habitat sensitivity, soil impact, and cultural and historical site recognition.
BDE has been involved in the timber industry for the past 15 years. Part of the success of BDE is our “hands-on” approach, working to resolve any extenuating circumstances that arise.
Our company understands the importance of a low soil disturbance and light touch approach. Our combination of expertise with forestry, heavy equipment, and historical/cultural site recognition has resulted in highly acceptable end products.

Owner/Operator at Black Dog Enterprises.Chris grew up in the woods of the Sierra Nevada Foothills and has been involved in the forest management industry for most of his life. Since founding BDE, Chris has provided fuel treatment for over 2000 acres of forestland in the Sierra Nevadas.
